I am an independent Food Consultant and Trainer based in Poole, working with local Food Businesses throughout Dorset and Hampshire. After completing my PhD in Food Microbiology in conjunction with Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association, and then following a career in the Food Industry for 12 years, I have been working as a Food Consultant since 2005.
